Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

 All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 7 business days of the order date (excluding weekends and major holidays).

 You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your package has been handed off to the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

2. Domestic Shipping

We offer reliable domestic shipping across the United States.

 Standard Delivery: Packages typically arrive within 3-5 business days after the 7-day processing window, depending on your location and the selected carrier.

 Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

3. International Shipping

We are excited to announce that we are expanding and now shipping to select international destinations! Available countries will populate automatically at checkout based on your location. If you do not see your country listed during checkout, we do not currently support shipping to your region, but we hope to expand further in the future.

Please Note for International Orders:

 Transit Times: International shipments may take significantly longer to arrive depending on the destination and local customs processing.

 Duties, Customs, and Taxes: All international packages may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict, control, or reimburse these charges.

 Customs Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
