Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact (including custom wrap or accessories).
• Final sale, limited edition, or custom items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refund Method

• Approved returns are refunded as store credit only.
• Store credit never expires and can be applied to future collections.
• No cash or card refunds except where required by law.
  

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for size or color of the same product, subject to stock availability.
• Exchanges for other styles require return for store credit and repurchase.

Defective Items

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
• We will offer a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• All returns must be shipped using a trackable service.
  

How to Initiate a Return

• Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
